The committee authorized the conference service company (Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd.) to collect fees and issue “conference fee” invoices. Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd. offers five payment methods:online banking, international credit cards, bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Editorial board members of Animal Diseases and invited speakers are exempt from the registration fee. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodations (conference group discount available). Meals will be arranged by the organizing committee. The symposium will cover the travel and accommodation expenses of all invited speakers. Commercial sponsorship is also welcome.

Note: If you need to provide a government travel card payment record for reimbursement after the conference, please be sure to bind your government travel card when WeChat Pay is used.
International participants can pay 1600 RMB on-site at the conference and receive an invoice.
