After registering for the conference, participants entered their reservation details in the hotel booking portal before October 30. The conference organizing committee then forward the reservations to the hotel to secure the rooms. Upon check-in, participants may settle their bills directly at the front desk. The hotel reservation system is closed after October 30.

Transportation

Guests taking taxis or ride-hailing services can go directly to Gate 3 of the Conference Center to complete registration procedures, and then either walk 300 meters to Tingtao No. 2 or take the complimentary onsite shuttle bus to Nanshan Yisuo for check-in.

• 1.Tianhe Airport → East Lake Hotel

Public transport: From Tianhe International Airport T3 Terminal (domestic arrivals), walk approximately 934 meters to the “Tianhe Airport” station.  Metro Line 2 (toward Fozuling) for 5 stops was taken off at “Hongtu Boulevard” Station, transferred within the station to Metro Line 8 (toward Junyuncun) for 11 stops, stopped at “Hubei Provincial Museum & Hubei Daily” Station, and walked approximately 870 meters to reach Donghu International Conference Center at Wuhan Donghu Hotel. Total distance: 34 km, travel time: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, fare: 8 RMB.

• 2.Hankou Railway Station → East Lake Hotel

Public transport: From Hankou Railway Station, walk approximately 210 meters to the “Hankou Railway Station” Metro Station.  Metro Line 2 (toward Fozuling) was taken for 13 stops, and it was taken off at Jiedaokou Station and transferred to Metro Line 8 (toward Jintan Road) for 5 stops; the station was stopped at Hubei Provincial Museum & Hubei Daily Station, and the station walked approximately 870 meters to reach Donghu International Conference Center at Wuhan Donghu Hotel. The total distance was 25 km, the travel time was approximately 1 hour 6 minutes, and the fare was 5 RMB.

• 3.Wuhan Railway Station → East Lake Hotel

Public transport: From Wuhan Railway Station, walk approximately 200 meters to Wuhan Railway Station.  Metro Line 4 (toward Bailin) was taken for 7 stops, removed at the "Yuejiazui" station, transferred within the station to Metro Line 8 (toward Junyuncun) for 2 stops, stopped at "Hubei Provincial Museum & Hubei Daily" Station, and walked approximately 870 meters to reach Donghu International Conference Center at Wuhan Donghu Hotel. The total distance is 12 km, the travel time is approximately 43 minutes, and the fare is 4 RMB.

• 4.Wuchang Railway Station → East Lake Hotel

Public transport: From Wuchang Railway Station, walk approximately 210 meters to the “Wuchang Railway Station” Metro Station.  Metro Line 4 (toward Wuhan Railway Station) was taken for 7 stops, removed at "Yuejiazui" Station, transferred within the station to Metro Line 8 (toward Junyuncun) for 2 stops, stopped at "Hubei Provincial Museum & Hubei Daily" Station, and walked approximately 870 meters to reach Donghu International Conference Center at Wuhan Donghu Hotel. The total distance is 11 km, the travel time is approximately 42 minutes, and the fare is 4 RMB.
